Pura Vida" is an invitation to reconsider our responsibility as human beings in the face of nature and life itself. Azahares challenges us to look beyond technological and scientific advances, inviting us to question the invisible costs of genetic manipulation and its effects on ecological balance. At the same time, it reminds us of the importance of preserving the purity and diversity of what surrounds us, keeping alive the original essence of life that connects us with the earth, animals and the future of generations to come.
This work is a reflection on the future, an open question about how human actions can transform the world, for better or worse, and challenges us to become aware of our decisions in relation to the preservation of biodiversity and respect for natural limits.

Facts of Silence: represents a powerful manifestation of artistic resistance in an adverse
political context like Cuba's. A struggle against silence. Against oblivion. A challenge to the
status quo, giving voice to those silenced by the Cuban regime. This exhibition invites the
viewer to reflect on the nature of power, freedom, and individual responsibility in the fight
for meaningful change. Ultimately, Azahares' work transcends geographical and cultural
boundaries, reminding us of the universal importance of freedom of expression and the
pursuit of social justice.
